Your choices and expectations when communicating with RPS by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
Scope of this Notice
This Notice explains how RPS LLC, operating as Revolution People Solutions, uses email, telephone and WhatsApp to respond to inquiries, coordinate services and, when permitted, share business information or promotions.
Inquiry and service communications
When you submit a form, email us, call us or start a WhatsApp conversation, you authorize RPS to reply through the channel you used and through other contact information you provide for purposes related to your request. These messages may include scheduling, project clarification, proposals, service updates, documents and support connected to an existing or potential engagement.
Promotional communications and consent
RPS will send WhatsApp marketing messages only when an appropriate opt-in or other lawful basis exists. Promotional email will identify RPS accurately, avoid deceptive subject lines, provide a clear opt-out method and include the business information required by applicable law. Consent to promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing services.
WhatsApp notice
- WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta and is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
- Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on your interaction with RPS.
- WhatsApp should not be used for emergencies or to send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records or other highly sensitive information.
- Delivery, availability and security of WhatsApp are not controlled by RPS.
Email notice
Email is not guaranteed to be secure or error-free. Do not send highly sensitive information by ordinary email. Service-related emails may continue when necessary to complete a request, administer an engagement, deliver required notices or maintain records, even if you opt out of promotional email.
How to opt out
To stop promotional WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or clearly ask RPS to stop. To stop promotional email, use any unsubscribe method included in the message or email info@revolutionpeoplesolutions.com. You may revoke consent in any reasonable manner. RPS will honor valid requests within the period required by applicable law. Opting out of promotions does not prevent essential responses or communications connected to an active engagement.
Communication records
RPS may retain communications and opt-in or opt-out records for service delivery, quality control, dispute prevention and compliance. These records are handled under our Privacy Policy.
