These Terms and Conditions govern access to revolutionpeoplesolutions.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. RPS LLC may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

Website purpose

The site presents general information about Revolution People Solutions, our experience and potential capabilities. Site content is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, employment, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

No engagement until written agreement

Submitting a form, sending an email, calling or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not create a consulting relationship, confidentiality obligation, partnership, employment relationship or commitment to perform services. An engagement begins only when the applicable parties execute a written proposal, statement of work, services agreement or other written authorization.

Scope, fees and additional services

Each engagement has its own written scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities and fees. Work outside that established scope—including additional sessions, interventions, revisions, integrations or support—requires separate written authorization and may result in additional fees. Nothing on this site promises complimentary or unlimited additional services.

Results and representations

Examples, metrics and prior implementation results describe specific work and do not guarantee identical outcomes for another organization. Results depend on scope, participation, data quality, technology, operational conditions and factors outside RPS’s control.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logo and other original materials are owned by or licensed to RPS LLC and may not be copied, republished, sold, modified or used commercially without written permission. Rights in client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Permitted use

• Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or introduce malicious code.
• Do not scrape, reproduce or exploit site content for commercial use without permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential, sensitive or infringing material.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for an organization.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or use third-party services such as Netlify, FormSubmit, WhatsApp and email providers. RPS does not control their availability, security, terms or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Signed agreements, applicable law and severability

If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement governing professional services, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Governing law and dispute provisions in an executed agreement also control. Otherwise, applicable United States law determines the parties’ rights. If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
